4. Candidate Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information in CVs and applications.
- Notify MJ Resource of any changes to contact details or employment
- status.Consent to data processing under GDPR.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law when hiring candidates.
- Pay agreed fees within the specified timeframe.
- Not approach candidates directly without MJ Resource’s involvement.
6. Fees & Payment
- Fees are agreed in writing prior to engagement.
- Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
7. Liability
MJ Resource is not liable for any indirect loss, damages, or claims arising from placements.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
